Threatcl Cloud is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for evaluation and testing purposes. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice.

2. No Warranty

The beta service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

3. Data & Privacy

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, please be aware that:

• Data stored during the beta may be deleted or reset as the service evolves
• You should not rely on the beta as your sole storage for critical data
• We collect usage data to improve the service

4. Acceptable Use

By using the beta, you agree to:
